Question about Heating & Cooling
Check the power is breaker tripped at outdoor unit aswell could be blown fuse are you getting power to contactor has the 24volt coil pushed the contactor in if not then the problem is inside why isnt it calling for the outdoor unit to come on check your float switch in the drain pan it will prevent outdoor unit from coming on make sure their is no water in the pan
