I have a short video now on Vimeo site. How can I find the URL to address users to view it?

One way: When you access your video, I presume you are online when viewing it?
If so,...
  • Navigate your cursor to the web address line
  • Left click 1 time
    • The complete address should appear AND be highlited
    • If not, right click... You should get some sub commands?
    • If yes, choose: 'Select All'
    • It should now be completely highlited
  • Now Right click again,
  • Choose Copy
  • Left click
You have now temporarily saved the web address of your video to the Clipboard. Open a word / note processor.
i.e. - Word, Word Perfect, Notepad, Word Pad, Works Processor, etc. now... Start a NEW Document. You should now be in an active new document. You will now "Paste".
Either Right click, then choose Paste and Left click to bring your saved web address/URL of your video.
You should now SAVE this new document, name it what you wish.
Or you can paste by holding down the control key and hit "V". Same result.
Now just navigate to this saved document at any time to copy and paste to your friends, social media, etc.

How do I enter user id and password on Sharp TV

In the Netflix application it should ask if you are a existing Netflix subscriber and then bring you to a screen asking for your Netflix username and password. To enter your username and password, use the arrow keys on your Sharp remote control until the desired field is highlighted and press ENTER on the remote. The on-screen keyboard will appear, which will allow you to enter your Netflix username and password. To enter text in the internet browser, launch the web browser through Smart Central under the Web & Search tab. Once in the web browser, press the yellow D key on your Sharp remote control to bring up the tool bar and use the left and right arrow keys until the URL field is highlighted and press ENTER to bring up the URL entry screen. Once in the URL entry screen, highlight the field at top using remote's arrow keys and press ENTER to bring up the on-screen keyboard and type in the URL address of the website you wish to visit. I keep on getting 404 error. URL \-7890*sfxd*0* how do I fix this

How To Fix the 404 Not Found Error

  1. Retry the web page by pressing F5, clicking the refresh/reload button, or trying the URL from the address bar again.

The 404 Not Found error might appear for several reasons even though no real issue exists, so sometimes a simple refresh will often load the page you were looking for.
  2. Check for errors in the URL. Often times the 404 Not Found error appears because the URL was typed wrong or the link that was clicked on points to the wrong URL.
  3. Move up one directory level at a time in the URL until you find something.

For example, if www.web.com/a/b/c.htm gave you the 404 Not Found error, move up to www.web.com/a/b/. If you get nothing here (or an error), move up towww.web.com/a/. This should lead you toward what you're looking for or at least confirm that it's no longer available.

How to check who is on your router

Open a web browser and connect to your router by typing in its URL. The basic URL set for many routers is either http://192.168.1.1/ or http://192.168.0.1/. The URL for your router should be its IP address. If you are unsure what yours is, do the following: click "Start," then "Run." Type "Command" and then press "OK." In the DOS pop-up, type "ipconfig," and then press "Enter." This will give you a list of information about your internet connection; the IP address listed under "Default Gateway" should be the IP address for your router.

  • Enter your router user name and password to log into your router. Entering the router's IP address into a browser will bring up a pop-up requesting this information.
  • Search through the administrative tools and menus that your router offers, for a list or table of DHCP clients or of attached, connected, or active devices or computers. Different routers have different administrative options, so menu labeling will vary, but there should be a place to find a list of devices and IP addresses currently using the network. For example, users of the popular Linksys WRT54GL router can click "Status," then on the "Local Network" sub menu, and finally click on "DHCP Clients table" to bring up a list of attached devices.

    Need to reconfig router

Of course, if you just want to reset to the factory settings and start from there, look on the back of the router for a little button to depress. Hold that in for 10 seconds while powered on. When it reboots itself, it will have the original factory configurations and you can enter any settings desired.
