Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Possible ink cartidge level being less.
Open the printer properties to check on the levels. If not remove the printer and connect once again affer shutting down PC.
If this wont work then remove printer, uninstall and reinstall, then connect to check if the printer is detected and installed.
If not drives are jammed/ the main board has errors..

When the printer is ready (no error message), upgrade the firmware.
If the error continues and you cannot upgrade the firmware, contact us.
