There are screws under the oval gliders on the bottom of the mouse (end opposite of the cable). just remove the glider (stick-on) and there are 2 small phillips screws. Remove the screws and lift the top from the same end (opposite the cable) and pull back to detach the top from a tab over the mouse. if you need to remove the roller assembly, turn the mouse over and feel for a hole between the two round gliders. punch a hole into the hole. you can gently push the roller assembly out of it's mount by pushing a small screwdriver gently through the hole
