    I have the same problem...spots that wont go away. I emailed Panasonic and they gave me a case number and asked me to call a 800 number. Technical assistance at that number had me do a few things and transferred me to service where they scheduled a no cost in home repair through a local repair center. They referred to the spots as "fuzzy spots". They said I wont pay for the service call or repair. Hope this helps.

    I have a large green spot that shows on my screen. Sometimes if you look close it has a cross hair or a + in the middle of the green spot, I am not sure if the bulb is going out again for the 3rd time or not.

Sound but the screen on my westinghouse 32 inch flat screen is solid lime green

By "sound but the screen on my westinghouse 32 inch flat screen is solid lime green" Do you mean that you have sound but the screen is green? If yes it means that an analog signal is being fed to a digital input. Did you recently change the input cables at the back from one port to another? If not then please describe what are colors of the cabels you are using(Yellow, Red, White or Red Blue Gren etc.,) and what port they are connected to so that I can tell you whether its a problem with the connections or the tv itself.

What causes a light green spot about 4# diameter at 8 oclock between center and bottom left. the spot is lime green.

This set (model number indicated) has three picture tubes, it is quite possible something like dust or dirt is covering part of one, unplug set and remove back cover and wipe the three lens with a lens cloth or a paper towel with glass cleaner sprayed on it, look for anything obstructing any of the three lens.

Over past couple of months the tv has gotten 2 red spots in the lower right hand corner of screen about an inch in diameter, and recently a green spot in center top third of screen that is about 2 inches...

Unfortunately your light engine(also know as optic block) may need to be replaced. If your tv is out of warranty, it will probably cost around $1000 to fix. There is a slim possibility that the optics lens could have dust on it and a tech could clean it for much less than that. This is a very common problem in any dlp tv and they are all expensive to fix. I've replaced several of them at our shop, but about half of the customers won't have the tv fixed and will get a new one. Good luck!

Yellow-green spot in center of screen

Defective light engine. Contact Sony support. They warrantied a lot of these sets even after the warranty had expired because of so many going bad after 3-4 yrs. Have the complete model and serial number ready when you call them.

Green spots

Good Day;

It sounds like the TV has foreign objects on the tubes, lenses or inner-screen, such as dust or bugs.l Remove screen from the front and observe.

If it were a TV problem the spots would be near the center of the picture.

Good Luck.
