**NOTE** You may be required to reboot your iPhone or iPod Touch after installing the source as noted by pinkurinal in the comments. Keep this in mind when attempting to install AppSync below.
  4. Search For AppSync: After you have added the new source above it might take a moment for the new packages to sync but once they do go back to the Cydia home screen and then click the Search button located on the right side of the bottom navigation. 6. Sync Apps Via iTunes: Now return to iTunes and drag the unsigned application into iTunes and then click the Sync button to sync the applications with the jailbroken iPhone or Touch that now has AppSync installed. The signature verification is removed from the Springboard with AppSync so the error will no longer appear and you will be able to use the unsigned application you have downloaded or created.

Android 4.1.2 install down loaded apps

Drag your index finger starting up at the top of your screen....down....lightly....until you see your recent activities....look for the down loaded app......tap it to get a menu pop up.....choose open or will start the install and tell you when it is may want to monitor the install to make settings as it is installing. To avoid installing in a way that might use more battery or memory than you would like. Each app will usually ask your permission to have access to a number of other apps and your directory of people and their information too.....install wisely. Free apps are free of monetary charge, but usually make their money from information that you allow them to access and exploit...information from your phone......good luck and have fun...

How do I remove unwanted apps?

Although on most phones, you cannot delete all pre-installed apps, there are some where you can delete most. If you have an iPhone, chances are, you cannot delete pre-installed apps. To delete and app on an iPhone, press and hold on app for around 3 seconds. An "x" should pop up on the high right and you click on that to delete the app. If you have an android, go to your play store and manually uninstalling it.

How do I take apps of my iPad

On your iPad you are only able to remove the third-party apps that you have installed. You will not be able to remove the apps that came pre-installed with your iPad firmware, although you are able to move them around and to other pages.
To remove a third-party app, press and hold the app icon until it begins to shake, you will a small "x" on the top corner, pressing that "x" will bring a pop-up that will ask you to confirm the deletion of the app.
