Check for Bad Capacitors on the power supplu board they will be vented,swollen or puffed up on top 2200uf 10v 3300uf 10v 1000uf 16v

What you will want to do is go into the users guide and find the reset factory defaults option usually it involves holding a button or two while starting the device however are sometimes very different
