you need to login to login page of yahoo
mail and click on I can't access my account
under user ID and password box, then select
forgot the password and
click on next, then enter your yahoo ID
and enter the code which would blink there
and click on next and then it would ask you
any alternate email ID and you can reset the password for yahoo mail ID.

a page will open and you will be asked a few questions, fill the form and you will get your password from yahoo again

it's very easy to find ur password or e-mail id

First of all, u have to click on forgot password link
And then follow the instruction, after completing the instruction
Lastly system ask u ur alternate e-mail add.
After that when put ur alt. e-mail add .
U will ur email add & password on ur alt. e-mail add.
