Maybe you have a defective memory module. You may replace it with a certified good ones. Access is through the back panel, removing some screws. just be sure to use the same specifications. Another possible problem is with your adapter, have it check for proper voltage output. Another is a disconnected LCD screen which is not user-serviceable.
