I would check the power outlet, Make sure you have sufficient amps for the unit. After that I would try and just run the tool under no load. If you still have a problem then I would have to think the motor or related electrical is your problem.

If it's a belt driven system you may need to replace it. Belts slip an get frozen in spots an hard. They also get glazed over. Turn it over an be sure all the bolts are in the correct place an not coming off. Belts are a big problem if it's set up for awhile unused.

What would be kicking reset button after a few seconds running

failed start/ run capacitor /s
if it / they are not working ,it overloads the start winding of the motor and the button will kick out
take the old one/s to a motor rewind shop and they will match the correct units

KEEPS KICKIN RESET BUTTON

Two things I can think of. One, you don't have enough voltage to the motor, and two, you're overloading the motor by feeding material too fast. If you run too long an extension cord to the saw, it can drop the voltage significantly (you don't mention if this is in a shop or on the job) and cause the motor to kick out. Use a larger diameter wire 10 or 12 gauge to help this. If it kicks out when you're cutting, simply slow down the rate at which you feed your wood and allow the motor to keep up.

If this occurs simply when you turn the saw on, you may have a defective motor.

Saw reset button keeps kicking after only a few minutes of use. Could the dust collection bag be creating a heat problem?

I would not think so, the reset is for thermal protection and I think that you have a problem with the motor stalling or under a heavy load. I would check to see how free the motor spins with being on. UNPLUG TOOL FIRST and turn blade by hand. Then to eliminate the dust bag remove it and just run the saw without cutting. Look into the throat plate area for a build up of debris that might be limiting movement.

I have a $120 10"

It's possible that the brushes may have worn out or a bad connection may have developed in them or at the brush holders. Open the motor, check the brushes and look for any overheating. One of the windings may have gone open circuit in the armature of the motor and in this case it probably isn't worth repairing.

Wait for the motor to cool then try again..... you may use compress air to blow across the motor to speed the process.

It will not start by the ignition but starts after few kickstart

When you kick start a motorcycle or scooter, the motor turns over much faster than your electric starter can turn it over, even with a new battery.
I saw this before with several brands of scooters and the problem was solved by making sure you have clean battery terminals, and a fully charged good battery.
Some batteries will take a full charge but cant take a load. So your battery may seem good because it has 12+ volts, but when you try to start it it drops below 10-11 volts.
Most local auto parts stores can put a load test on your battery for free. If you purchase a new one, make sure it is the one called for for your scooter.

The motor on my delta 10" table saw starts a low rpm and does not go into high rpm - after a a few seconds it fails the circuit breaker, and without the belt conected this does not happen. Is the motor...

This saw tends to have a problem where the belt rides "outside" the V-grove. Check that the belt is actually installed into the V-grove, and that the grove is in line. Mine was installed (at the factory) with the shiv back to front, so the belt would catch, and kick out. Maybe the same issue.
