On some of these, the filters are located outside of the actual unit in the silver metal duct that attaches to the bottom half of the furnace. It has a 1" cut into it where the filter just slides vertically into place. If you need additional help, call Weather King directly at (479) 646-4311.

Hello, First thing is verify if you are getting voltage to the motor at the low speed motor terminal tat he control board and neutral. if you have voltage, next step is to check the capacitor, Discharge it and use a meter to verify the microfarad rating, if it is too low replace the capacitor. If that checks out good then the motors windings are either open or shorted to ground and must be replaced. If you don't have voltage at the control board then the board must be replaced.
