Printing problem

posted by BarbPete on May 14, 2008

When I try to print, I print the page's programming not the actual text I want. How can I fix this?

Thanks!

I uninstalled and then reinstalled the printer software; however, it did not fix the problem. Any other ideas? I'm at a loss on how to repair.

Thanks!

Please disregard - problem is now fixed. I set Windows Explorer as internet default and now the problem is resolved.

Thanks for your help!
