Following the repair by cleaning the tank.
Removable parts out of the machine and then. Welding it again.
I think it will be better.

How to change most of it new.

NO, THIS TANK IS UNDER PRESSURE, AND EVEN IF YOU CAOULD DO A FIBERGLAS REPAIR IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
THESE TANKS CAN EXPLODE WHEN LEAKS ARE PRESENT!

You may experience a little pressure loss, but if the catridge fliter housing has a 1 1/2 input you should be fine.

How to get air out of Pentair CCP320?

if you remember back i'll bet you had a little difficulty getting the old filter off the suport rod, but now the new one is on, but there now is a hairline crack in suport post , this is sucking in air making pump loose prime , have a reputable pool company cut you a new suport pipe , you may find it easier for them to install it too as they dont come out too easy

Our pool is green, the water seems to be bypassing the filter cartridges. Trying to figure our what could be broken to get this working properly again?

You may have a broken manifold. That's the part at the bottom of the tank where the filters set down on.With the filters out and the tank empty, fill the manifold with water. The water should stay put indefinitely. I the water level drops, you need to replace the manifold because even if the crack looks small. under working pressure in will open up and allow most of the water to bypass the filters altogether.

first: Low pressure is actually good. It means that every thing is clean and water is flowing freely. Three things can cause the filter to pass things thru. First is a rip or tear that you might have missed in a filter grid. Second is a cracked manifold.(The manifold is what the grids plug into) Third is the spider gasket may be worn or broken. (This is the gasket in the valve)
