Unfortunately, the disk being "noisy" means that it's also mechanically damaged.
Fixing it is a job for a professional, and can not be done at home (extreme conditions are required).
In order to "rescue" your data from the hard disk, take it to a computer lab which specialized in data recovery (Use the internet to locate the closest place to you).
I should say that did procedure is generally not cheap and the price varies and depends on the HDD conditions...
