Question about Motorola Mobility L401 Cordless Phone
Hi! For the Motorola L401 (with 4 handsets: since yesterday, when I call someone, the person can't hear me but when I answer a call, the person can hear me just fine...And I don't have the "mute" activated. Hope you can help...
Try it on Different Sim . It is the problem occoured in almost all motorola phone .This is because of crystal talk technology use in motorola .This problem occured mostly in Airtel sim in india

I understand that how much pain r u feeling plz follow these:
1.Install a antivirus and scan ur handset.
2. Sync ur handset with p.c by installing motorola phone tool then take backup of ur data and format ur handset and also format ur memory card if it is there.
3.Menu >> Settings >> Initial Setup >> Master Reset >>00000 (six times) or 1234
4.Flash ur handset from ur service centre of motorola.
Please don't forget to take backup of ur handset.
