The capacitors on the power source have aged and they need more time to be charged, time that the security system on the source detects it as a failure. You need to replace them all ASAP, otherwise they will fail for good and the damage done will be way expensive.
Now it will cost you less than $40 to replace them all, but you need at least a basic experience in recognizing the parts and correctly soldering them. If you don't know that then ask someone who knows to help you: it's an hour to take them all out (make a very detailed drawing with their exact position) - a few days to purchase their replacements and another hour to solder them back.
