Question about Bernina Sewing Machines
Unfortunately the machine is going to be around twenty years old now so spare pcb's are extremely hard to find. Many of the key electronic components on the board are also long discontinued, but if it's something simple like a failed relay then any electronic repair specialist will be able to fix it. Bear in mind that a sewing machine repair technician is rarely going to be an electronics whizz, so what he/she may find to be impossible to repair may be a piece of cake to a specialist if the damage is obvious or if you're able to give them details of which component has failed. If one of the programming chips has failed then the board is unfixable.
If the board is definitely unfixable, then all you can realistically do is to consider contacting every Bernina stockist and any shop which sells used machines to see if they have a spare board. If not, then sell yours as a spare parts donor and use the proceeds towards buying another machine.
