Question about Reebok Acd1 Treadmill Motor Control Board 141877
Before you had replaced the main power board is necessary to take a test. But I feel that the fault is in the main controller board. You will need to check the voltage to the microprocessor section to confirm that it works. if not the mP is deffective or the allied circuits are not fucntioning.
use a mutlimeter to check the voltage on the mP , checck for the crystal oscillator, if this clocks, check the main +5 to these circuits.
If not the main board is faulty

Check your wiring and check your ground. If all that checks out then triple check your control board. Also the motor should have a reset button make sure that the button is not out and it is fully pushed in.
