Question about Hitachi UltraVision CineForm 55VG825 55" HDTV
Unplug the unit for few minutes, say 15 minutes and then turn it ON. If the problem persists, this would confirm a hardware failure. You need to open the TV to get it fixed. You need to have tools like multimeter, soldering iron ( atleast ) and you should know how to read schematics. It could be an issue with power supply board or a combination of failures. If you wish to repair it yourself, revert and i would be glad to provide you a link to purchase service manual and would provide certain pointers that would help you to fix this problem.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
