SOURCE: cannot print
This usually means there is a problem with one of your cartridges. Try changing them or even cleaning them sometimes works. If cleaning them does not work you will need a new manufacturer cartridge. Sometimes when you use refilled cartridges or ones that are knockoffs, the printer sometimes acts up. In that case you should just buy a normal cartridge and it should make the light go off. If you don't think that is the problem, check to make sure your cables are tightly connected. Shut off your printer and then restart it. Check to make sure there is nothing that is waiting to print. Although I am positive it is a cartridge problem. Try that solution. Cheers
