Question about Kenmore 3.5 cu. ft. Front Load Electric Washer
I looks like you are having a door lock error and it will need to be replaced. Before you replace it check the part on the door and make sure it is not broken.
The lock consists of several contacts and if any of them are shorted or broken, it will not start. It is the safety feature on that unit.

Hello - Typically LOC indicates the door switch is locked. You made of accidently held "Option" and "Select" button for 3-4 seconds, trying to change a setting. Generally the purpose is to lock the settings so they will not change. To unlock, simply press and hold the "Options" and "Select" buttons for the required amount of time.
