Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
The most common solution to reseating is to clean the printer thoroughly, cleaning out the waste tank in the printer. If there is a serious problem with reseating it could be simply because the waste tank is full. The user should take care of the waste tank that is currently in the printer, and then clean it out completely.

Do you still have the old cartridges, if so did the blacks still put out some ink even just a dot or two. If so put the black cartridge back in and try a sample print. If you just get a mark or two on the paper it may mean that you are new cartridge is faulty.
