Hi, First check the both channel of clock and thermometer (you can see
the controler in battery insertion of thermometer and you can set up
channel by pressing ch button on the clock)
Next press F/C search button until the clock find thermometer and press F/C search button again.

The Sio/Scan Atomic clocks should automatically set the time and date. Place the clock in a window facing towards Colorado and give it 24 hrs to update If that fails here's the web site for them:

Once all settings are complete you press the UP button to toggle back and forth between the 24 hour clock and the 12 hour clock.
