Most of the time the sucks under the albums file won't be in alphabetical order, usually you have to go under the folder and change the view settings. if you can't do that then manually arrange them if possible. and if that doesn't work, they will stay like that.
You have to make sure that the ID3 tags have the album name on them. right click song, select properties, and edit the id3 tag. For more instructions, go to www.microsoft.com and search for "edit id3 tags in windows media player"
I had the same problem with mine. So i was using the program Windows Midea Player when i converted my songs to my MP3 player which at first they were in WMA format. then i tryed to change. so i changed the format to MP3 and that put the songs into order of the album.
My advice is to use MusicBrainz (www.musicbrainz.org.) To identify and tag your music. It should be able to identify the songs based on their content. It will then change the data on the song to match the song, artist, album, etc.
