Plug in your mobile to your pc. Once the computer recognizes the "new usb device" which is your mobile, right click on your Start button and choose Explore. It will open you the Windows Explorer window. On the left panel, under My Computer, look for the local drive letter associated with your mobile. click on it to show the contents on the right. Locate the folder containing those photos and select them and click and drag to your computer's local drive. That's it.
