Hi.

The Ignis dishwasher does not need reset code. It will normally restart working after tripping the circuit breaker.If the machine is beeping, that means that the dishwasher is in fault mode because some fault condition is detected. Among conditions that can cause the issue, residual water inside the machine, clogged drain, arms jammed.

Try disconnecting circuit breaker and drying water from the inside, also remove the drain well and clean it. Eventually carefully pour some hot water intor the drain well, inside the machine tub.
Connect back circuit breaker and try restarting the machine.

Here a forum on similar problems.

My ignis adl 347 dishwasher will not empty its self i put it on a cycle it hums for a while then it starts bleeping continually and light flashes were you turn it off

It is a common fault that the drain fails to work in most machines in a period of time and is the most problematic fault in a washing machine. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. The drain pump can be clogged and refuse to work as it hums. If so remove and clean the drain pump, use back flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated.

I have a Bosch dishwasher model # shx4ap05uc/06 and I want to silence the alarm for when it is done. It goes off every 10 minutes until you open the door

Hi,

Yes, you can switch the cycle completion signal off (or raise/lower the volume)

1. Switch the dishwasher off using the ON/OFF button
2. Open the door
3. Switch the dishwasher on again. (One of the wash cycle LEDs will flash.)
4. Hold the > button in. Continue holding it and press and release the Start/Reset button once, then release the > button.

"Clean" and one other LED should now be flashing. This indicates that the dishwasher is in the options/settings mode. If they are not flashing, start over at step 1.

5. Press > repeatedly, until the LEDs for "Clean", "Sanitized" and "Rinse Agent" are all flashing.
6. Press repeatedly until none of the LEDs are flashing.

The number of flashing LEDs indicate the volume setting . . .

0 = Silent
1 = Volume level 1
2 = Volume level 2
3 = Volume level 3

7. Press the Start/Reset button once to save the setting and exit the options mode
8. Close the door
9. Switch the dishwasher off.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
BElectric

Clean light blinking will not start

If the clean light flashes 7 times, pauses, then repeats...

When the dishwasher doesn't sense a water temperature increase, it stops working and locks the functions (clean light flashes 7 times, all buttons are non responsive). It does this as a safety in case the element is broken and feeding electrical current into the water.

To resolve this you will have to reset the console. Do this by closing the door and press these buttons in sequence...

-high temp wash
-heated dry
-high temp wash
-heated dry

...all the lights will turn on briefly and the machine will start a diagnostic cycle. Let it go through the diagnostic to test the function of the element.(1-2 minutes). When it finishes, open the door and touch the element to see if it is hot (be careful, it can get pretty hot so wet your fingers to avoid burns).
Once the diagnostic has cleared, you should be able to run the dishwasher as normal.

If the issue returns, you could have a problem with the heating circuit (ie. element, thermostat or wiring).
It rarely happens but it could also be the door switch not engaging properly when the door is closed (slightly bend the door latch down making sure it doesn't hit the door when you close it).

Good luck!

Ignis dishwasher model no. adl 347

I have the same problem. Having spoken to an engineer I have been told that the controller has gone. £120 for a new one plus fitting. So you are looking at a £200 bill to repair. Not worth it ???
