I have replace the the themostat and put in new intregated control panel. It still does this. What can I do to keep the blower from coming on without a reason? Try looking at the afc the fan control might need cleaning at the back of it could be filled with dust, or blocked air filter afc works on temp rise to start fan running and temp fall to stop running check settings on the afc thhey should be in your manual or afc might need changing

James, If it has a electronic board, it has a heat sensor built into furnace that turns fan on to get all the heat out of furnace for efficiency. May need adjusted a bit, or replaced.

I would have the ignition control board replaced. That is what tells the gas valve to come on and if there is flame or ignition it will keep the gas on if the flame sensor gives the board a signal that the burner is lite. By you shuting power off and on to the furnace it resets the board and it will go through its cycle again.

The fan limiting switch is acting up. It should stay running until lower temp is reached. It will cycle until the temp stays below or at the low setting. Limit switches are adjustable.

Heater blower motor cycles on and off (frequently). I have a class 2 LR95329 Honeywell Thermostat

The clicking noise is a relay or switch of some sort. You are right about that. I have 2 questions. 1) does the thermostat have a mercury bulb in it? 2) when the fan shuts off and on, does the burner stay on?
