Question about Cameras
Put the camera on in record mode for some time as long as the battery lasts. Now once again check the sound for any improvement. repeat the same procedure, if not the audio amplifier/processor is defective in the camera.
Take help to open and confirm if the mic, the amp/processor is defective.
