Question about Audio Players & Recorders
What version of Windows are you running? I would venture that you could just plug the MP4 player directly into the computer and that Windows will recognize it without the need for their software. It looks like you have the most up to date software available. There is a firmware update for the device (which means a hardware update) but it is not required. But just plug it into your computer, then go to Start and then My Computer and it should show up to allow you to access the files.
