Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook
1. If it is the OS password then download dos bootable password crack utility from another system. Boot through the CD on your laptop and remove password.
2. If it is the Laptop password then only service engineer can help. He has to open laptop and reset CMOS.

When it boots up and stops at the password screen press f11 then type administrator in as the user do not enter a password in the password field press enter when the machine finishes booting up go to the Control Panel select Users then go to the profile you are locked out of and CHANGE the password DO NOT DELETE IT! because if you do you may loose access to documents and files created with the other password! Now reboot and go into the profile you were locked out of before using the new password!
