Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My jet, when i sync music into it. it says flash error! please back up the data and format the player

You have to plug the mp3 player into your pc and then click on format. The data inside may be corrupted and that is the reason why you are receiving the error. After the format, you can load music again and enjoy listening to your songs.

When i want to add new songs to my sons rca jet all the songs

Place the new songs in their own playlist, name it something like 'temporary', or 'newest', etc. Save it, then sync that playlist to your player. It will be on there as a different playlist, but if you want them all to be in the same, you may have no other choice but to overwrite them all everytime. Not really sure either if there's an option in Media Player to add only the new ones.
