86 4.3 4BC 1500 Chevy Die rolling up to light Started up and ch of fuel and it died 3 times now no start smell fuel and quit yellow spark Have replaced cap rotor plugs wires EGR coil ECM Rebuilt carb

It sounds more like a fuel problem to me then a bad coil or spark ign the spark should be blue but its hard to see in daylight
You say you rebuilt the carb are you sure your main mixture jets are at least 2 to 3 turns out off the stops .
Try pouring fuel down the barrel fill the float bowl if it runs then dies its fuel don't let it catch unfire you should have 45 sec. of run time then adjust the the mixture screws 2 turns is base but when its is running good turn them in 1 at a time and give it 30 sec. to adjust until it starts to stumble then back it out a 1/4 two 1/2 turn then repeat on bank 2

I have a Jato 2.4 from traxxas and i cant get it to start and i charged my battery all night

you need to pull the glow plug out and see if its good visually; look at the coil in the hole in the bottom it should look like a spring unbroken. If you have a glow stick put it on the plug and see if it glows. If you can just replace the glow plug they go bad and it may still look fine.
you need to set your main carb needle to 3 turns out from closed.

Now with the glow plug out place a clean rag over the cylinder head where the plug came out of and use you starting wand to turn the motor over........the rag is there to keep fuel from spraying in your eyes. turn the motor for 5 seconds.

Next put the plug back in and gently tighten it down with an 8mm socket. Put your plug wire back on and try to start the engine for 3 seconds. If it starts up reves high then dies try this.
Put your finger over the exhaust and turn the motor over until you see gas go into the carb the remove your finger from the exhaust and continue to crank the motor for no more than 10 seconds.....she should start now. Adjust the carb according to the manual. Have fun.

If the engine is new and you have not been able to get it to start it is just the "pinch" of the engine. You can heat the engine up with a heat gun or hair dryer and that will cause the metal to expand and make it easier for the motor to turn over. You can also add an extra washer to the glow plug to reduce the compression of the engine. This will also make it easier for the motor to turn over. Just remember to remove the extra washer after you run a couple of break in tanks of fuel.

My revo is getting fuel light on start remote are on both motor and glow plug engine will just turn over but will not start up

You've checked the glow plug externally to see the wire get red? If so, as long as you've got fuel and fire then it has to start. My guess here is that you have either a bad glow plug, low batteries, fuel air leak or clogged pressure line. Put a charged battery into the starter. Remove the glow plug and try to start - fuel should spurt up through the glow plug opening. Now connect the glow plug and touch it to the engine. Try to start and you should see the glow plug wire glow red. (do this only for a second. Now disconnect the pressure tap from the muffler and try to start. All else fails, replace the fuel line to the carb and the pressure tap. Your carburetor can leak air through the rubber gasket . Also, Traxxas fuel tanks have a cracking problem. Good luck

Having problems with starting my tmaxx the ez start motor wont turn the motor over it seems like it does not have enough torque i have broke the motor in already started fine yesterday and wont start today

you might have your engine hydro locked. easy solution to this. empty your gas tank, take your glow plug out, turn your truck up-side-down and crank it over a few times. put everything back and you should be ready to play again. what happened is you probably flooded your engine. another possibility is your battery for your EZ-Start isn't charged enough, so before you go through the hassle of the above steps, check your battery first.

Ryobi backpack blower will run all day with choke up but as soon as I pull the trigger it starts bogging down

Thats a lean condition. Check fuel lines and fuel filter. If the fuel ilnes are discolored or stiff or really super mushy, If the fuel filter has become detatched from the fuel line then the fuel lines need to be replaced.
If the carb can be adjusted you can try to adjust but its likely that the carb should be rebuilt with new diaghrams and gaskets.
Adjust by turning the low speed screw out ( counterclockwise) 1/2 a turn. The low speed screw is always the one closest to the motor and usually marked on the carb body with an 'L'. When you richen a motor up the idle will drop so you will probably have to turn the idle screw in 1/2 a turn. 1 and 1/2 turns out from light bottom is standard starting point ( 2 turns for poulan products). If you get more than 3 and 1/2 turns out on the low speed screw or if turning the screw has little or no effect then the carb should be rebuilt.

The thing you put on the back of the truck will not work only the motor lite comes on but i no its not the glow plug

Have you charged the battery in the EZ Start wand? If you have is the motor turning over at all? If the motor is turning over but not firing it could be the glow plug. If the motor trying to turn over but won't, the engine might be flooded. If it is flooded remove the glow plug and turn the truck upside down. Fuel will run out of the engine. If fuel runs out of the engine, put the truck back down on its wheels. Cover the engine head with a rag and turn the engine over with the EZ Start wand with the glow plug still out. This will remove all excess fuel from the engine. Reinstall glow plug and try to start again.

I have a t-maxx it turns over slow have a new glow plug but it want fire it just keeps turning over its been sitting 4 a while. and getting gass to the carb. its the t-maxx 2.5r

Did you use any after run oil in the motor before it sat? The alcohol in the fuel causes condensation inside the motor if it is left with fuel in the motor. I normally spray WD-40 into the glow plug hole and into the carb and crank the motor for about 10 seconds. I do this 3 times and then do it once more with after run oil. The motor starts a lot easier after it has been sitting. You could try spraying some WD-40 into the motor and cranking it over. There could be some rust inside the motor.
