There are several parts of the TV that we need to check with regards to this problem..
1.the power supply you need to open up the cover of your TV take out the power supply disconnect all the output connectors(mark the connectors do not interchange them) and plug in to mains supply and measure the output voltage you shpould have an output of 5v for the main CPU board.12v for the sound/audio board and 24v for the backlight lamp. Use a voltage tester to measure them.
2. The back light lamp be sure that lamps are lit .usually an lamp nearly to be busted blinks and then out.the lamps are located at the top and bottom of the screen.
3.the inverter board.this inverter board gives a high voltage supply the lamps.the input voltage of inverter board is 24v and the output voltage feed to the lamp is 100vac-200 volts ac so be carefull when testing the output.most common error of the inverter board is the poor solder on the output termina and the input terminal resoldering this connectors will solve the problem
