No problem at all.
The refrigerant lines course through the sides.
The refrigerant gets hot before it gets cold.
It is OK.

We moved our refrigerator and cleaned the coils and now the coils are extremely hot and so is the outside of the fridge on the freezer side and on the divider between the the fridge and freezer.

The can get pretty hot. However you should check to see if there is a moisture control switch on that unit. Change that to the other setting and see what that does.

Door gets warm

Hi,

Warm is normal hot is not. Too hot is an indication that the condenser coils are overheating due to being dirty or a bad fan motor. See the link below for details I put together on this. Let me know if it helps.

Side by side getting very hot on top left side of freezer and between the doors where the door liner touches the frame

Not quite sure about top left side, probably normal.
But the hot door liner is definetly normal, this is so the liner remains plyable and doesn't freeze to the frame.

You can replace the doors but you will think you bought a new frig when you see what they cost. Most come as an assembly and are very expensive.
