There has been considerable discussion about Epson's problem, and this blog may be what is going on with your model:
It's a complicated process, and that's the reason most printers are designed to be throwaways these days- they don't care if they break, and they know you either normally have to pay for repair or buy a new one.

1. Go to start button when programs appears see if you can find your printer in the list, see if it has an uninstall program.
2. If not: Go to start click on printers and faxes.
3. Delete the printer giving you a tough time.
4. Reinstall using your installation CD.
If it doesnot printer please do a complete cleanup and since you said that you have cleaned the Nozzles it may need a service call the manufacturer for tha.
