This site gives you some chemical options for the perimeter of your house:
http://doyourownpestcontrol.com/scorpions.htm
Chickens would kill and eat the scorpions, probably, but scorpions are nocturnal, so it probably wouldn't matter too much. Talk to your neighbors- if you're having problems, they're having problems and might know some tricks. Here's another website that has some good information, and especially on clean up:
http://www.howtogetridofstuff.com/uncategorized/how-to-get-rid-of-scorpions/
For a lot of information, just google "how to get rid of scorpions" and you will find a ton of stuff.
You might call a local exterminator, since they might have delt
with this problem in your area, and know the best pesticides that would target the scorps and not hurt pets, other animals, etc.
Good luck, get a portable blacklight to spot them, and check your shoes before putting them on...hope this helps.

How do some scorpions glow when light shines on it?

Do scorpions glow? Yes. That's an easy question to answer. It's a bit more difficult to pin down what exactly causes them to glow. In fact, scientists are still working on finding a firm answer to that question.

What scientists do know is that something in the scorpions' exoskeletons cause them to glow. Scorpions, along with other arthropods and insects, have an outer layer called a "cuticle." Unlike the cuticles on your fingers, which are made of hard or dead skin, the cuticle on a scorpion is a part of its exoskeleton. This cuticle has a thin section called the "hyaline layer." The hyaline layer is what reacts to ultraviolet (UV) light, such as black light or moonlight, and causes the scorpion's body to glow.

The hyaline layer is really strong and truly stands up to the tests of time. In fact, scientists have found that even fossilized scorpions glow under UV light. Additionally, when scientists preserve scorpion specimens in liquid-filled jars, the hyaline layer can make the liquid glow! Crazy, right?

While observing scorpions, scientists have noticed that the creatures don't glow immediately after molting. Rather, the cuticles have to harden completely before they shine blue-green in the starlight. But scientists still don't know if the glowing material comes from a chemical reaction in the hardening process, or if the scorpions actually secrete the glowing substance.

Does boiling water kill bed bugs

If you mean by washing then yes, if you mean by simply spraying then not really......it needs to be a constant stream of hot water, the best method is steam.....you can hire or buy these for a reasonable price:

Bag and launder (122°F/50?C minimum) affected items. Smaller items that cannot be laundered can sometimes be de-infested by heating. Individual items, for example, can be wrapped in plastic and placed in a hot, sunny location for at least a few days (the 122°F/50?C minimum target temperature should be monitored in the center-most location with a thermometer). Bedbugs also succumb to cold temperatures below freezing, but the chilling period must be maintained for at least two weeks. Attempts to rid an entire home or apartment of bed bugs by raising or lowering the thermostat will be entirely unsuccessful.
  • Wash all linen on hot, dry on hot setting. Gather all linen, cloth and leather bags, mattress covers, clothing, teddy bears... etc. Machine wash on hot - wash the laundry bag also. Tumble dry on hot. Steam kills bed bugs. Some metropolitan areas offer bed bug laundry and dry cleaning services which have the added benefits of proven methods for killing bed bugs and bagging or storing cleaned items so they do not become re-infested while the home is still being exterminated.
  • If something cannot be washed or discarded (such as a valuable leather purse) spray with non-toxic bed bug spray (such as diatomaceous earth), seal in a plastic bag and leave for a few months.
  • Dry clean to remove odor if need be.

I cant go on a websit because my dsn isnt working

You have a virus and malware infestation.

If you feel brave and want to try and remove them yourself then hit F8 several times at startup until the boot screen comes up, select boot into "safe mode with networking", download an arsenal of removers, and have at it.

OR:

The quickest and in my opinion BEST method would be to bring it to a computer shop the specializes in virus removal for a set price of $50 - $100. They will get rid of EVERYTHING bad and should have your computer back to you in a day or 2.
