1= Run inmediately the software calibration for diagnose , troubleshooting and repair.

I have a Proform 590T treadmill that is 3 months old - about 60 - 75 miles on it and it has become noisy. Not a clunking just a loud hum. It is the same noise regardless if you are walking on it or just...

It might be motor bearings or a roller. Remove the drive belt and run the machine.
Icon has a good warranty program. I am a service tech for the company working in Canada. If it is only 3 months old, call ICON and arrange a service call from a qualified tech.

Too noisy problem which is annoying during exercise.

The make and model of the treadmill would help. Your treadmill has 100's of moving parts so the noise can be coming from anywhere. Suggest starting the treadmill with no one on it. Does it still make the noise? If so from where? No noise? Then has someone walk on the treadmill and try and isolate the noise. You may need to remove the motor hood.

Noisy deck on proform treadmill

If you can take the machine apart, perhaps replace the deck, if replacement isnt possible try coating it with a polyurathane in order to help reglue the fibers togeter. particle board WILL degrade over time with stress especially running.
