Question about GE WWRE5240D Top Load Washer
Check to make sure your spigots are turned on, and that your hoses are not kinked.
Otherwise, your level selector switch is faulted (most likely, cheap too), and the timer switch is faulted (not very often for these symptoms).
You can try rotating through the load sizes, and you can try adding water manually. If adding water manually eventually gets it going (use light / small load setting), then the selector switch is bad. Otherwise, it will be the timer.
