Question about Samsung Refrigerators

You need to reset the ice maker. The ice maker reset button is located on the bottom of the ice maker assembly. remove the ice bucket and then press and hold the reset buttong for three seconds.
Sumsung have a link for this.
We had a couple of insues for this new models ice makers and it seems that something is wrong from the manufacture so our advice is to get in touch with sumsung since there might be a complete update on this matter and if you mention it while you are in the Guarantee period you will be supported free in the future if the problem remain.

the problem of the refrigerator system is from the control unit (power) that is connected to the condenser which will need a replacement of little servicing depending on the situation.
seen it is clear to you that the refrigerator is not up to a month old and it will be cover with a GUARANTY or a WARRANTY for some period .
what i will advise you to do from here now is to invite their customer care line or store to pass a complain/comment for visiting the refrigerator depending on the address giving to you on the receipt or invoice that cover it a your property !
why because if any other thin should go wrong with it the time period and it been open by you or some one around you the agreement will be redraw from you
this service will be free from if the agreement in still will in the time range.

That icons are there to signal a way too high temperature. Since you arte telling that the temp is where is supposed to be then either the sensors (both of them) are defective - highly unlikely, or the control board is faulty and failing apart. The fridge is in the warranty period, call the shop that sold it to you to replace it for free.
