Your print head wiper blade is not moving properly.

The clutch that moves the wiper may be failing.
That blade is located between the drum and print head.

Printhead Wiper Alignment: Rotate the left and right idler gears until the Wiper is all the way to the bottom and the gears cannot be rotated further. Rotating the left and right gears together ensures that the wiper stays parallel and does not pop out of the belts. Now rotate the left idler gear a couple of teeth to raise the left side of the wiper to the top. Make sure that the left side of the wiper is a bit higher than the right side. Might have to try this procedure a couple of times, a couple of teeth at a time, to properly align the wiper.

Trouble aligning laser to left side

The laser is enclosed in a "washer" that is currently mounted on the right side of the blade. If you want to align the laser to the left side you must move the "washer" to the left side of the blade. However, make certain that, in doing so, you do not prevent the blade from engaging with any indentations in the mounting shaft.

My deck cuts shoter on the rt,ie uneven

Check your tire pressures:
10 psi. for rear tires.
14 psi. for the front.

Note that according to MTD:
Making sharp right hand turns. Twin-blade mower decks are designed with the discharge on the right side and two side-by-side blades. The side-by-side twin blade decks have the left hand blade positioned slightly forward and in front of the right blade. This provides cutting overlap when traveling in a straight line. As a result, the tractor should mainly operated making primarily left hand turns when cutting. During left turns this cutting overlap is maintained. If turning right when, it is possible to negate this overlap and leave an uncut strip.

My GTO model Andis clippers blade is not properly aligning..how do I adjust it?

The problem with Andis clippers is that you are not told how to get the most effective job out of you're clippers,i can attest to that because i've repaired and adjusted hundreds of them, every user wants a crisp cut, nothing less, you want find the answer to that in the instructions,so you're encouraged to send the clipper back to Andis company,i did that once just to see if they really understand their own tool, the clipper cut no better upon it's return,it was then that i discoverer the ultimate solution, blades has to be precise, only then will you get a crisp cut,for any type of hair ,so before you get rid of blades, remember 85% of the time the problem is with the adjustment of the blade.

Q. How do I align my blades? faq1.jpg A. ALIGNING BLADES
  1. The bottom blade holes are larger than the shanks of the blade screws. When the blade screws are loosened the bottom blade can be aligned with the top blade. Tighten the screws after the blsde is aligned and ensure that they are kept tight.
  2. The end of the top blade teeth should be aligned 1/32" to 1/16"(.79mm to 1.59m") back from and parallel to the bottom blade. It is important to align your blade properly to ensure that the clipper does not cut too close and to prevent the moving cutter from touching the skin.
  3. faq2.jpgThe extreme left hand tooth of the top blade must be covering or be to the left of the first small tooth of the bottom blade.
  4. The extreme right hand tooth of the top blade must be touching the big tooth of the bottom blade.

Q. My clipper/trimmer is making a loud "clunking" sound, is it broken? A. No, the unit is not broken. Rather, it is not properly tuned and as such it is not operating at maximum power. To adjust power (tune), turn the power screw in a clockwise direction until you hear a noise. Then, slowly turn the power screw out (counter-clockwise) until the noise stops. This is maximum power.

PRINTER CUTS OFF RIGHT SIDE OF PAPER

First, on your computer desktop. left click on START. Next, left click on CONTROL PANEL, and left click on PRINTERS. Find your printer on the PRINTERS window, and RIGHT CLICK on the icon. From the drop-down menu, left click on PRINTING PREFERENCES. Use the settings to set up the printer for the paper size and orientation you want to use.Click APPLY , then OK buttons to apply any changes you make. If that does not help, check the side paper guides in the paper source you are using. If they are not against the paper on both sides, the paper will not align properly with the image. Move the guides snug but not tight against the paper. If the guides are too tight, paper may not feed. If moving the guides does not solve the problem, try loosening the guides and reposition the paper until the image is properly aligned. Then see in your owners manual if there is an adjustment called SIDE-TO-SIDE REGISTRATION, and follow the proceedure to adjust the side-to side paper alignment.

T-Outliner has stop cutting!

good advice but the best way to align is to know the exact aliment, pay attention to how the blades are set in relation to one another when they cut correctly, and remember this so that next time wont take so long to adjust the blades.
