This means you have a problem with the fusing unit. The fusing unit is the part that gets hot and "fuses" the toner onto the paper. It is located right where the paper exits the machine. Here is the content from the factory service manual:
Fusing high temperature abnormality.
Temperature sensor/1 (TEMS/1)

over 150 °C for the specified
Most likely this is going to require service by your local service company. Fuser failure codes such as this require entry into the service mode in order to clear the code from memory. If you are familiar with the reset procedure then by all means try. But based on 27 years of working on Minolta Copiers, I thik that you would be best served if you call your service company.
