Question about Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital Camera
Either something in the lens assembly is amiss, or the CCD is messing up. Either fix is extensive, and expensive. You can take the camera in to a repair facility and see what they would charge to fix it, but often it's just better to buy a new camera. Always get an estimate first, before having it repaired, in case you elect to just buy a new camera.
