I couldn't run down a wiring diagram, but here is a good site for reference:
http://www.inspectapedia.com/aircond/aircond1123.htm
This site might help with your unit:
http://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453055296&displaytab=instructions_brochures
If you go to this parts site, you might be able to get them to tell you about the wiring:
http://www.midwesthvacparts.com/Manufacturer/2-goodman.aspx
Could the thermostat be set to disable the Emergency heater? I'm not an hvac guy, just an electronic tech wondering if it could.
Was hoping for a wiring diagram, but hope this helps, and good luck.

Heat coils stay after unit is off

The sequencer contacts on the emergency heat is stuck on and will need to be replaced. Look at the numbers on the base of the sequencer and buy replacement. Turn all power off and replace leads one by one to new sequencer. I remove the base plate screw on the old sequencer and screw the new sequencer in place. Change wire by wire. Be aware to check the spade connectors are tight on the new positions. Most new spade terminals are thinner than older and the spade connector female side needs to fit snug. If necessary the female side can be squeezed with a plier until it installs snug. Renew any connectors that are burned or badly corroded. I would recommend calling a professional air conditioning tech if you have the least bit of hesitation to working on the equiptment.
Hope this helps.

Test it. Try all the sequence below until it match all three wires. Don't worry, it won't spark if the wire will not match the right wire.

Recently my signal lights quit working properly. when button pressed, emergency lights front and back would come on. no left/right signal or brake lights would come on. replaced the tsm. problems...

Hi Ruben, always check fuses and bulbs first, you could have a faulty turn signal module or a bad turn signal button/switch, remove it from the switch housing and check for continuity, check your wiring and connections from the turn signal switch to the turn signal module with a testlite. Make sure all wires are not worn or pinched and connector pins are not corroded, broken, or loose. For a free wiring diagram please visit the website below:

Hi Anonymous, 1992 and later Touring Models, fuel pump fuses and relays will be behind the right side panel, everything else will be behind the left side panel to access fuses pull back on the front two locking tabs and slide the cover up. On the washer side there was a wire that got burnt, im trying to replace it but dont know how to get the short wire out of the connector part with that metal thing on the end, any ideas?

Needle nose pliers ... MAKE SURE THE POWER IS OFF.

You will be able to work the connector away from its mate.

Put a new connector on the end, plug it back in.

I wonder why the wire burned in the first place?

Right rear brake light and blinker not working

Daniel,

Should still be under warranty. If you have determined it is not a burned out bulb, let the dealer trouble shoot.

Some other things to check, from a wiring standpoint, does the right side emergency flasher work? Does the right side backup light work?

If these do not, I'd look for a connector to the right side of the rear that came loose. Haven't spent that much time under my 2009 (same model style), but I'd suspect on a jeep that physically following the wires to a connector would not be hard. Also could be a ground issue to the right side lamp housing.

If those are working, morelikely a broken wire.

Brake lights quit working

Tail lights acting insane?

We had the same issue with our 2000 Pontiac Montana. Brake lights, turn signal lights, running lights, back-up lights and emergency flasher didn’t work at all or operated at random. The cause: poorly designed aluminum contacts on the tail light circuit board and wiring harness connector arced over and disintegrated with normal use.

Pull the tail lamp assembly, remove the electrical connector and look for burned contacts on the connector plug and the connector socket (they call this long plastic piece with the socket the circuit board: it includes the four bulb sockets. Replace the circuit board and the wiring connector.

You can DIY this job with basic auto mechanical/electrical skills and tools. The two circuit boards and the two connectors set me back $230 (2009 cost) for new parts. The electrical contacts on the factory replacement parts are improved.

I needed a T-30 torx driver to remove the tail light assembly (you need this to change out bulbs, too), wire cutters, wire strippers, electrical tape and an electrical lug crimper to do the job.

Intertherm heater

You should have 24vac at the 2 lowest terminals 1 on each side of the sequencer with a call for heat.( that is the control voltage, the terminals are usually double spade brass in color) If you have the control voltage after about 30-120 seconds the sequencer should close. The voltage reading across the sequencer should go from 230vac to 0 volts when the sequencer closes. If you have control voltage and 230vac on each side of the sequencer then the sequencer is bad.It is beast if replacing the sequencer replace by moving 1 wire at a time from the old to the new.And ALWAYS make sure power is truned off.

Bake Element

There should only be two wires that go to the element. It won't matter which wire goes on which terminal. Turn power off to unit before replacing the element. In some cases when the element burns out and breaks in have it will send a surge back to the oven control board and it will need to be replaced also. You will know once the element is replaced if it doesn't heat up.
