I will advice you try reset the unit, once the unit is reset, the problem should be fix. Follow this steps to reset the unit,
Turn off the phone, remove the AC adapter, press and hold the page/call button that is on the phone and plug back your Ac adapter, this will fix the problem. If the problem still persist, contact your network service provider, the fault might be from there end.
