Hello Peter

Yes, you were correct, the camera supports a maximum of 1GB.

Your camera accepts a maximum SD capacity of 1GB, but at the maximum capacity you may find that some card brands simply won't work. In practice, it's best to stick to a 512MB maximum capacity.

As these cards are now obsolete, most shops won't stock them but online traders still have them. Alternatively, try asking for them on your local FreeCycle or Freegle groups as many folks have them lying unused in drawers and dead devices and they're worthless if sold secondhand. Note that if you're not already a FreeCycle/Freegle user then your first posting must always be an offer before you can post requests.

From page 29 through 31 of the user manual click here for user manual>, you need to change the "Image Storage" location from "Internal" to "Auto".
Here are the directions for getting to the "Image Storage" setting:

Changing picture-taking settings

You can change settings to get the best results from your camera:

  1. Press the Menu button.(Some settings are unavailable in some modes.)
  2. Press the up and down arrows to highlight the setting you wish to change, then press the OK button.
  3. Choose an option, then press the OK button.

I have a Kodak C330. I have a 1gb SD memory card installed. How do I access card memory? Camera says internal memory filled. Thanks

With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, your card should work properly.

What size memory card can I used for my easy share c330.

The C330 uses SD and MMC cards. SD cards are limited to 2GB in size, so that's the upper limit. Cards bigger than 2GB are technically SDHC cards. They will fit into the slot but will not work.

2GB SD card is brand new but camera says it is full.

Some of the older cameras will not take the bigger cards. You can use the bigger card with your computer to store your photos.
