Question about Cell Phones
Hi the only way you can block the phone itself is if you still have the box the phone came in or if you registered the phone when you brought it.
you need the phones imei number and this is printed on the box of the phone and also on the back of the phone but as you dont have the phone you will need to look for the box.
if you no longer have the box then the only slight chance you have of getting it blocked is by calling your service provider and give them the phones phone number and if it was registered then they will have the imei number if it wasnt registered then the only way it can be locked is if the sim card is still in the phone, then your service provider can send a signal out to the phone and lock it that way.
you need to call your service provider as soon as you can and let them know whats happened and see if they can block it from their end, they will at least be able to block the sim card and prevent them from getting your numbers, if you do still have the box then get the imei number off the side of the box and give the police a call and they will then be able to block the phone from their end.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
good luck and let me know how you get on
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
