Question about 474L TX 4-Button Replacement TX Remote
The casing is not usually available separately, but if you contact one of the product stockists (such as Directed Electronics) they may be able to provide you with contact details for the manufacturer. But the fault is due to a poorly engineered design so it's only a question of when it next happens. This time you've been lucky not to lose the remotes, next time you might not be so lucky.
The only remaining options are to either buy new remotes (expensive and has the same fault waiting to happen, plus you have to get them programmed to the alarm) or to fabricate a repair by drilling holes into the outer casing and then using strong wire (a section cut from a wire coathanger?) anchored with epoxy resin to fabricate a new and far superior key loop.
