Dear sir , when we switched on printer it showing printing 1 page continewesly

You should try resetting the machine if you can. Taking out power cord will not reset machine. The micro chip has to be reset on the machine. If test / counter print works but copy doesn't work, then reset machine.

It is a Paper stepping Problem (common on kyoceras), you can try cleaning rollers with some alcohol, if problem insists you should take it for repair.

The printer is only able to print on one side of the page at once.

In order to print on both sides you will need to print only 1 page. This is set on the left side window that comes up before you print. Select the option to print Page number 1.

Then once the page is printed, turn it typed side down heading first, back into the paper tray.

Now select to print Page number 2.

This process is called manual duplex printing, since the printer does not support automatic duplex printing.

u buy a new printer

Your printer's drum must be cleaned or replaced if damaged.

just to check if the printer and the printer driver is working properly, try printing a 2 page document.

if it prints out correctly - check the applications documentation / user guide for printing instructions.

hello sir. the problem is in ur driver u should update to new version it will works if not than take some suitable steps:
1) first reinstall the printer in a safe mode
2) switch off the norton antivirus for 15 minutes when u print out the page
3) finally go to the setting of the page while printing ur page & check whether the page is in which format just restore to default
4) it it not work than call to the hp person to solve ur queries i think it would not happen these 3 suggestion will solve ur problem,,

see just go start setting and printer in printer right click go to server properties in that you will get option of creating form choose new form and give the sige of voucher so whenever you printing voucher select this paper size. bye
