Ho do I get in to service mode on Ricoh CL7200 Thanks

try this press clear mode button then press 107 then hold stop button for 5 seconds. should go into service mode. select 5 mode then 810 follow instruction and then turn copier off then back on .

than first check your keypaid if any key like a clear mode, 1, 0, 7 & stop not working than machine will not go in service mode

job printing processs colour but CMYK not print on the same position

You have to measure the distance between dots, to see where is the problem. Probably there is a problem with black drum unit, or teflon plate in fusing section. Call for service please

I would try cleaning the lasers with the brush inside the door. If that fails, you might try looking at the developers.
