Question about Televison & Video
There is not a repair / service manual that has been published on the net by Planar. You will likely have to talk to a service center to try and get power supply schematic / function.
This will be a long shot, but you might try searching Google Patents for the patent # that is on your monitor. Many times, at least the original version of schematic drawing is listed, and sometimes there will be a engineer's description of advanced functionality. Just keep in mind that it is common for manufacturing revisions to not quite match what is on the patent.
